my recent stay at peppers was fantastic, the room had stunning views and comfy beds. the location was convenient for walking around. staff were helpful and the modern facilities were clean. onsite parking was a plus. the apartment was spacious and well-designed with a large balcony overlooking the lake.

The best part of the stay was waking up to breathtaking views of the remarkables and lake. Staff were friendly and helpful, but rooms are a bit tired and could use upgrades. a memorable experience!

This place is conveniently located right beside a beautiful lake, just outside of the downtown area, but within walking distance of the town centre. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, offering a lovely welcome drink upon arrival. The room is well-equipped with heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a terrace with garden furniture. There is free Wi-Fi available in the rooms, and a washing machine and dryer provided.

This hotel is highly recommended for families.

The location of the hotel is ideal, just a short walk from the town centre. The apartment also offers beautiful lake and mountain views.

Our 4-night stay at Peppers was perfect! The spacious and luxurious unit had fabulous amenities, including a fireplace and fully-equipped kitchen. The stunning views from our lake view apartment were fantastic, with vistas of two arms of Wakatipu, the Remarkables, and surrounding ranges. The staff were attentive, helpful, and cheerful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We loved relaxing in the beautiful lounge, with its cozy couch and fireplace, after a day of skiing. Definitely worth the extra cost for such a memorable stay.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, within a short walking distance to the main area of the city. It was convenient to explore the attractions, as everything was close by. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, offering a great opportunity to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

There were some cleanliness issues in the room, such as a dirty roasting dish in the oven and a lack of attention to detail in the bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay at Peppers. The two-bedroom lake view apartment was absolutely fantastic. The layout was spacious and the view of the lake was breathtaking. The added bonus of a fireplace made the apartment even cozier. The location was perfect, just a short walk to central Queenstown. Even when passing by other hotels and apartments, I had no envy because Peppers Beacon was truly the best choice. I highly recommend this hotel for its quality accommodation and perfect location.

Fondue on arrival and helpful staff with insect spray and fan. Amazing views of lake and mountains from balcony with outdoor furniture. Spacious apartment with kitchen facilities and two bathrooms. Short walk to shops, bars, and cafes. Would happily stay again.

The apartments at Peppers Beacon are spacious and equipped with a kitchen, gas fireplace, and underfloor heating, making them comfortable and cozy. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to restaurants and shops in town. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the view from the room is stunning.

Felt extremely safe, nothing too much trouble.

The soup was great and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the location was central making it easy to walk to nearby attractions. the room had a comfortable bed with lots of blankets.

The coffee machine didn't work properly and was hard to get a good cup of coffee from. the views weren't great and the distance to town was far.
