There was nothing I didn't like.

During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the peacefulness and quietness of the motel despite its location near the main road. The double glazed windows effectively blocked out any traffic noise. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The owners, Clare and Bayden, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. we had a pleasant experience at Phoenix Motels, and we would recommend it to others.

Best of all, the fresh air and cleanliness of the apartment helped to create a peaceful and refreshing environment.

The sound of lorries changing gears outside made it impossible to get any restful sleep, and the furniture and decor were a bit outdated and less tasteful than expected. the room could have benefitted from an additional heater to alleviate the chill, and it would be helpful for the property to provide more transparent information about the limitations of its wifi service.
