I enjoyed waking up to a delicious breakfast buffet that truly set a positive tone for my day. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, making my stay more comfortable.

However, I found my room a bit dated and less inviting. Some of the furnishings seemed in need of a makeover, and it lacked proper air conditioning, making it a bit stuffy at times.

Location is fab, right by the docks, and the pool is there if you fancy a dip, though I never saw a soul in it! Also easy stroll to shops and local eateries.

The view from my room was like a bad postcard, and the bed could double as a plank—my back still protests! Room upgrades were like a game of musical chairs, only worse.

The ocean view from my room was a delightful highlight, making each morning feel special.

the kitchen renovations were an utter disaster, dust everywhere and missing oven gloves, how inconsiderate! also, the kettle situation was tragic, 3 replacements? I expected much better for what i paid. i woudl ve appreciated an upgrade considering the inconvenience, but clearly that was too much to ask. almost thought i’d give a good review, but just couldn’t.

I loved waking up to amazing views over Picton Sound, and the hotel is just a short stroll from delicious eateries like Gusto, which made grabbing meals super easy while exploring the area. I also appreciated being only a few steps away from the EcoWorld Aquarium and Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre, enhancing my weekend city strolls. Plus, the friendly staff really made my time enjoyable, but I felt the breakfast options could use a bit of improvement to match the overall experience.

the room coulda used a refresh, but man, the staff were super helpful and the view of the harbor was incredible! loved the delicious breakfast and how close it was to everything we wanted to see.

the yacht club staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, especially during check-in. enjoyed a lovely continental breakfast with everything you need at hand. there's a great outdoor swimming pool to unwind, and the location offers fantastic views of the bay.

Excellent location near ferry terminal. Amazing shower and spacious room. Pleasant surprise with delicious rib eye steak and local wine, making the stay memorable. Worth every penny!

It was an excellent fit for a swift visit in Picton with value for price. The bed was among the most comfortable on our trip, which really made a difference after long days of exploring. If you like spacious rooms, be sure to ask for the ones with a full kitchen.
