pipers lodge was a perfect base for our tongariro crossing adventure. they offered convenient transfers to the national park, provided delicious food and had a well-equipped kitchen. the room was small but clean and the free coffee in the huge living room was a lovely touch.

Fireplace saloon had drink restrictions.

We had a great time staying at this lodge with our young family. The location was ideal for skiing, and there were plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy, such as the pool table, ping pong table, and arcade machines. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the lounge area with a bar and projector was a nice added bonus. Despite some drawbacks, like the small rooms and shared bathrooms, the lodge was clean and well-maintained.

We had a fantastic stay at a lodge in this city. The staff were friendly and gave great tips about nearby places. The food at the on-site restaurant was absolutely delicious. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others and plan on staying again next year!

We loved the cosy lounge area with the open fire and bar. The kitchen facilities were good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and cosy, and the bunk beds were comfortable.

The location of the lodge was perfect for exploring the nearby national park, with many trails just a short distance away. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the lodge offered a variety of facilities including a spa bath, communal kitchen, and a lounge area for guests to relax in.

The kitchen area could benefit from having an additional space for a quiet breakfast, away from the noise of children.

We had a fantastic stay at Pipers Lodge! the lodge had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking essentials. the communal lounge was a peaceful space with a cozy open fire and a well-stocked bar. the beds were clean, warm, and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also loved the onsite snow gear hire and the modernized bathrooms. the drying room was a great bonus for drying our snow gear overnight. And of course, the spa pools were everyone's favorite! Pipers Lodge provided a friendly environment and great facilities at a reasonable price.

It had everything we needed and more. the warm and comfortable rooms were perfect for our family, and the fireplace and bar were a great way to relax after a day of exploring. the games area kept our teenagers entertained, and the clean and hot spas were a highlight. We also enjoyed the convenience of the on-site restaurant and the unexpected surprise of free tea and coffee.

We had a perfect stay at this accommodation while doing the Tongariro Crossing. the staff at Pipers Lodge were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us during a difficult time. the shuttle service was easy to book and the BBQ provided a lovely dinner option. an enjoyable and friendly experience, even amidst challenging weather conditions.

We had a fantastic stay at the lodge - the location was perfect for our visit to Whakapapa. the room was clean and comfortable with a spacious en-suite bathroom and ample storage. the bedding provided a cozy night's sleep, and the rooms were kept warm throughout our stay. We took advantage of the drying room for our ski gear, and the lounge with the fire and bar was a great place to relax. the lodge offered excellent value for money, and the self-catering kitchen was well-stocked and clean. Diane and Kevin, the hosts, were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome.
