Nothing it was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Ponsonby Manor. The manager, Hongying, was incredibly friendly and accommodating when our flight was delayed and we arrived late. The family room was perfect for us and our 3-year-old, with a separate space for her to sleep. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a convenient sink area for filling the kettle and washing mugs. The location in Ponsonby was great, with easy access to shops and restaurants.

Upon arriving in the vibrant city, we were thrilled to find our accommodation located conveniently on a bustling street, surrounded by numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops. We were able to easily explore the lively Ponsonby Road and indulge in the local dining scene. After a long journey, it was a relief to enter our cozy room in a peaceful garden setting, providing us with a much-needed respite from the bustling city. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and kind, making us feel right at home. The room itself was immaculately clean and boasted a stunning view of the city, with a comfortable bed and pillows ensuring a restful night's sleep. Complimentary amenities such as natural toiletries and tea/coffee facilities were a delightful touch, adding to our overall comfort and convenience.

It is worth noting that the curtains in the garden room did not provide adequate privacy, as passers-by could easily see inside when open.

I loved my stay at this beautifully renovated guesthouse. The thoughtful touches in the spotless room and the pretty garden outside made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. The location was perfect with plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes to choose from. I highly recommend this guesthouse for a short stay.

We received some free coffee and tea as a welcome gift, which was nice. the hotel is located in the heart of the shopping and dining district, which made it convenient for us to go out and explore. We also liked the fact that we could park our car for free in a nearby parking lot.

Our Thanksgiving stay at the hotel was a bit disappointing. the room was much smaller than we expected and it felt cramped.

Superb location on Ponsonby Rd with a balcony overlooking the bustling street. The room is nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and comes with a kettle, sink, and small fridge. Parking is available in the nearby Church grounds. The well-maintained garden adds to the beauty of the place. Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the Dizengoff restaurant across the road.

As longer term business travelers, we enjoyed the excellent location with a bus stop right across the street, making it easy for us to reach downtown quickly. The staff, especially Jill, were readily available to assist us, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The guest house was exceptionally clean, and it felt like a little touch of home.

I recently stayed at a small friendly boutique hotel with a stunning view of the skyline. The location was convenient, with easy access to downtown by bus. The hotel had a peaceful garden where I enjoyed relaxing. Close to everything, it was the perfect base for exploring the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable with luxurious linen. The manageress was extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome. it was a delightful stay.

The bathroom was on the smaller side and lacked storage space for clothes and coats.

The location of this guest house was fantastic! It was incredibly convenient to catch public transportation to explore the city, and there were plenty of amazing restaurants and shops within walking distance. the fact that there was a breakfast place right across the street that catered to different tastes was a great bonus. the hosts were charming and the garden outback was a lovely spot to sit and relax.

The room we stayed in was very small and there was limited storage space. It would have been great to have more space for our luggage and to be able to move around more comfortably in the bathroom.

We had a luxurious experience at this hotel. the exclusive amenities met all of our needs, including the private facilities. the service from the staff was beyond exceptional, and they made us feel like royalty. the outdoor dining area was a great spot to enjoy a nice meal on a beautiful day, and the sun terrace was perfect for relaxing. the garden area was lush and added a serene vibe to the venue. the location advantages made it easy and convenient to explore the surrounding areas.

Although we had a wonderful stay, there was one minor issue. the leisure/TV room was not as impressive as the other facilities.

The room was comfortable and clean, with a mini fridge which was handy. The shared kitchen was also a plus, as it allowed us to prepare our own meals. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to restaurants and a safe and family-friendly neighborhood. Parking was not a problem either, as there were plenty of spots available.

The lack of storage space in our room was a major downside. We had to live out of our suitcases, which made it difficult to keep our belongings organized.
