I loved the unique architecture of the hotel. My room was spacious with all the necessary amenities and the thermal pool was a great addition. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. I had a wonderful stay.

Close to Government Gardens and short walk to Eat Street and lakefront. Lovely pool/outdoor dining area with ample bar selection. Enjoyed the air-con in the hot weather.

The staff is helpful and obliging, and there are daily happy hours for affordable drinks. the hotel is near a great art gallery on Haupapa St, which offers a wide range of curios and paintings curated by the friendly owner.

There are no elevators in the hotel, which can be challenging when carrying heavy suitcases up the stairs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was great, with lots of thermal activity nearby and the city center just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even offering us a free welcome drink on arrival. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including a flat-screen tv, tea and coffee facilities, and air conditioning. We also loved the leisure facilities including the sauna, swimming pool, and spa lounge.
