The beds were very comfortable and the room was modern and cozy. The hotel facilities were great, with free Wi-Fi that allowed us to stay connected. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when we arrived late at night. The location was convenient, close to the airport and with easy access to shops and transportation.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to the Northlands mall and the city center. We had plenty of options to eat at nearby restaurants. The room was clean and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff at the reception were helpful and efficient, especially the Asian woman who provided excellent service. The hotel also offered free parking, which was convenient for us. the hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay for our family.

The bed in our room had a roll together, making it uncomfortable for us to sleep well.

We loved the friendly staff, the delicious food at the on-site restaurant, and the spacious room with two large double beds. The hotel's location near a shopping mall and other shops was also a plus. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

had a great stay at a hotel in christchurch. comfy beds, good-sized room, and quiet. 10 mins from the airport which was handy. amenities were good and the hotel was well maintained. staff were friendly and the cleaning staff were excellent.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed our stay overall. the hotel provided complimentary extras that were a nice touch. the location was also convenient for exploring the area. We especially loved the comfortable beds which added to our relaxation.

Our lazy night in was disrupted when we found out that the advertised TV channels were not available. the room we booked did not have any real difference from the basic type.

Our stay at Quality Hotel Elms was fantastic. We stayed for a few nights and found the refurbished rooms to be very nice. The room had a convenient area for luggage, as well as a desk, chairs, and a table for drinks. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the bar staff were great too. The location was excellent, close to the airport and a shopping mall with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the heating was great, and the spacious bathroom had hot water. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
