Located in a private area, this motel offers easy access to New Plymouth town centre and is super close to everything. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a modern bathroom and comfortable bed. The service provided was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with creamy mushrooms that will leave you craving for more. Additionally, the motel offers a heated pool and spa for relaxation.

The lack of adequate lighting in the room during the daytime and nights, making it difficult to see clearly in certain areas.

I was impressed with the modern and clean bathroom, complete with good shower pressure. The comfortable beds and great insulation made for a cozy stay. The pool was a highlight, and the friendly staff added to the pleasant atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently visited this hotel and I was impressed with the location. It was in close proximity to all the major attractions in the area, including the beach. What I loved most about this place was the outdoor social area situated above the dining area which made it such a unique experience. The service I received from the staff was top-notch, and they were very accommodating. The room amenities were great, especially the mini-bar and the free toiletries. The best part of my stay here was definitely the fantastic restaurant and the packed lunches they offered.

I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff could use a bit more training in customer service, but at the end of the day, they made me feel really comfortable and offered great service.

Spent my thanksgiving vacation at a hotel recently, and I must confess that the complementary breakfast and dinner were top-notch. The hotel is located in a wonderful part of town, with easy access to the beach and several local attractions. the hotel's outdoor pool was a treat, and I had a great time lounging there with my friends.

The room I stayed in was in dire need of some maintenance. The wallpaper was peeling off, and the electric blanket was not working.
