The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. the location of the motel was convenient, with a supermarket and bar/restaurant nearby. - the bathroom was well-equipped and had a sophisticated shower.

The wifi in the room was poor and we had to stand outside reception to get any signal. There was some noise disturbance from a nearby train line, although it was minimal.

We loved staying in this hotel, it was located just outside the town centre in a nice area and had great service such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. Our room was equipped with ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a terrace with garden furniture. We loved the free toiletries and cookware/kitchen utensils that were provided, and enjoyed watching television on the flat-screen tv in the comfortable sitting area. Our dining experience was excellent, with a continental breakfast and picnic area/tables outside to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The staff made us feel very welcome with their warm hospitality.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the sheets were simply gorgeous. The staff provided great service and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend staying here for a good night’s sleep. a quality stay.

As a tourist, I loved the variety of amenities provided in the room such as crockery, cutlery, toaster, and microwave. The availability of heating options, including a heater in the room, fan heater, and heater floor in the bathroom, was great for the winter. The motel's convenient location within walking distance to my destination made it incredibly accessible. The staff was not only friendly but also went above and beyond to assist and engage in pleasant conversations. I appreciated the tidy and clean outdoor BBQ area as well as the easy and convenient parking facilities.

Quality Suites in Database was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. There were amenities close by, such as bars, places to eat, and a supermarket. It was worth the 25-minute walk from the center of Kaikoria for a comfortable stay. Ample parking was available for those with transport. I would certainly stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the motel.

The hospitality was top-notch, with a friendly welcome on arrival and the reception staff going above and beyond to accommodate us, even though we arrived late. The breakfast was not included, and there were not many dining options nearby. the hotel was located a bit far from the town center, so it was necessary to use a car or taxi to go out.

We stayed at the Quality Suites for a few nights and it was an absolute delight. The spacious and comfortable unit provided all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. The highlight was definitely the comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Another bonus was the location, just north of the town centre, offering a beautiful view of the water. Additionally, having terrace tables and chairs both in the front and back gave us the option to relax in either shade or sun. The supermarket and cafes within walking distance were also convenient, with Bernie's Diner being a must-visit for its fantastic 1950's themed ambiance.
