During my transit stay at the Sebel Quay West Auckland Aparthotel, I appreciated the convenient location just 30 km away from Auckland. the spacious apartment room with a kitchen and laundry facilities made my short stay comfortable, and the helpful receptionist added a welcoming touch to my arrival.

During my recent business trip to Auckland, my director selected the Sebel Quay West Auckland as our accommodation choice. the foyer and sitting areas of the hotel were well maintained and welcoming. the location of the hotel was fantastic, within walking distance of iconic city landmarks such as the Viaduct, Britomart, Queen Street, and the scenic Commercial Bay. the rooms boasted a great layout and in-room facilities, including a washer, dryer, iron, and fully equipped kitchen.

Housekeeping was occasionally inconsistent, with missed services on some days.

returned to auckland for a staycation and the sebel was a standout. the spacious apartment layout and quiet rooms provided a peaceful escape.

Blown away by the apartment great to have separate rooms and bathrooms; the space felt like having my own mini city with grand views, making it hard to leave. Everything was so quiet, I had the sleep of my life. I'm definitely coming back for more!

The location of the apartment was fantastic with great views of the harbour, and the facilities provided, such as the washer, dryer, and kitchen. However, the housekeeping service was inconsistent and the dated furniture and lack of hotel-like amenities made the stay less enjoyable.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel room provided everything my family of four needed, including cooking facilities and a washing/dryer machine. the hotel is located in a prime downtown area, walking distance to a supermarket and an array of restaurants. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and accommodating.

The parking fees were expensive compared to other options in the city, and there was construction noise from a nearby building. While it did not disturb my family's sleep, it may be disruptive to those who are light sleepers.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. It's right across from Commercial Bay and just a 5-minute walk to Britomart. We couldn't have asked for a better location for the price we paid. The views from our room were fantastic, and it was so spacious and comfortable. We even had a sunny balcony to enjoy. The staff here were the highlight of our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We were upgraded to a larger room with great views and when there was an issue with the air conditioning, they had a technician come quickly to fix it. They even offered us alternative rooms in case it broke down again.

This place is highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious hotel with enhanced comfort and quality services.

Our stay at The Sebel was overall enjoyable. The location was convenient and the availability of parking was a plus. The pillows in the apartment room were comfy, and having a kitchen and laundry in the room was convenient for our needs.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the issues with the sofa bed and the dated appearance of the room, overall I would recommend The Sebel for its convenient location, parking availability, and the amenities provided in the apartment room.

The Sebel was a great value for the money, with a spacious apartment that comfortably accommodated my large family. The location was perfect, close to transportation and just the right amount of bustling activity. The staff treated us like VIPs, with friendly and polite service that made us feel important and well taken care of.
