We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the bus route into Auckland, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They provided excellent service, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and even grocery shopping service.

We highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

The room at Quest Albany was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. The cleanliness and tidiness were excellent, and the shower was top-notch. The location of the hotel was perfect, and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the facilities were warm and cozy. I would recommend this hotel for a quick overnight stay.

The bed was big and comfortable, and the room was clean and elegant. The location was great since it was close to cafes and a shopping mall. The fact that the room had double aspect windows made it very sunny and bright.

The room felt a bit cramped since there was too much furniture in it. The WiFi was free but unreliable.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect; very close to the QE2 stadium and right in the heart of Albany village. Everything we needed was within walking distance and there were also buses nearby for easy transportation. The room was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The staff provided excellent service, always welcoming and helpful. We also appreciated the secure parking option.

I recently had an incredible stay at Quest Albany. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well presented, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The kitchen facilities were well equipped, and the bed was lovely and comfortable. I also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room. The location of the hotel was perfect for attending a conference at the nearby Albany stadium, with everything within walking distance. I would definitely love to stay at Quest Albany again and would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.
