The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is in the city centre and close to Queen Street. Guests can easily access the city shops and the main living area.

We enjoyed our stay here for a few nights. The location was great, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops to explore. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a kitchen and washing machine. The balcony provided a nice space to relax and enjoy the view.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the early check-in offered by the helpful front desk staff. The location was perfect for us, and the spacious apartments were cleaned to an excellent standard. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with real bottled milk, a welcomed touch for starting our day.

I arrived at the hotel after disembarking from a cruise ship and was pleased to find that I could drop off my bags early and they were already waiting for me in my room when I returned later to check-in. The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my travel plans while I was there. The location on Queen Street is fantastic, with plenty of options for dining and entertainment within walking distance. The room was well-equipped, with a toaster, microwave oven, and fridge, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary breakfast pack in my room each day. Despite a few minor inconveniences like a small shower cabin and a limited hot water supply, my overall experience at this hotel was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. I had a great experience at this hotel.

As a satisfied guest at Quest, I had a wonderful stay in Auckland. The friendly and helpful staff provided great sightseeing advice and extended our car parking time for convenience. The room was surprisingly spacious and the balcony offered a delightful view. Additionally, having a washing machine was a fantastic added bonus. The duty manager went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, ensuring I had a parking spot near the lift and even providing a shower chair. The staff's attentiveness, key access to floors for security, and overall value for money made this hotel an excellent choice.

I recently stayed at Quest in Whangarei and had such a lovely experience that I decided to book another stay at the Quest Auckland Serviced Apartments. This complex is truly delightful, and I was impressed by the well-equipped studio apartment I stayed in. As a long-stay guest, having amenities like a washing machine, tumble dryer, and cooking facilities was extremely helpful. The staff members were polite and friendly, creating a safe and comfortable environment, especially for a single female traveler like myself. Additionally, the location is excellent, right on the main street with many attractions within walking distance. my experience at the Quest Auckland Serviced Apartments was delightful, and I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay! Enjoyed the free breakfast and the complimentary Tim Tams. Loved the convenient location for catching buses and the amazing view of the park from my balcony. I also appreciated the washer and dryer in the apartment.

Parking was a bit of a challenge as some guests were hogging multiple spots. It took me a while to find a decent spot.

The apartment had some worn-out items, but it was clean, spacious, and had all necessary amenities. The staff were helpful and friendly. Convenient location near public transportation and a lovely park. Fully equipped kitchen and complimentary breakfast options. AC worked well and balcony provided fresh air.
