Spacious, spotless rooms with lovely linens. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location near Spark Arena and cafes in Parnell. Upgraded to a quiet, two-bathroom apartment. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. the apartment was spacious and well-maintained, with modern decor and great amenities to make our stay comfortable.

The noise level from outside was quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the lack of after-hours reception made it inconvenient when we needed assistance.

We loved the fully equipped apartment with a washer/dryer. The coffee press and milk provided in the room were excellent. The area may be a little remote, but we enjoyed dining in the Parnell section of town, especially at the Blue Elephant for amazing Thai food. The staff was extraordinarily attentive and we enjoyed the free gym around the corner. The indoor pool and fantastic gym were a bonus. The location worked well for us as walkers, allowing us to easily reach the harbor, Auckland Museum, and Queen St. The bedroom size was great and we had a great experience overall.

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to Parnell, which has a variety of cafes and shops within a 10-minute walk. Additionally, there is a supermarket nearby, making it convenient for guests to get their groceries easily. Everything is within close proximity, allowing guests to explore the area easily.

The free wifi provided at the hotel can be unreliable, requiring guests to reconnect every 20 minutes or so.

The apartment amenities were good with a washing machine. Apartment was clean. Gym membership included. Extra wide bed. Great layout. Full kitchen and laundry facilities. Happy staff. Convenient location near cafe and massage place.

We loved the comfortable sitting area and dining table, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even accommodating us at short notice. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring the city. we were impressed by the comfort and quality of this hotel.

The staff at this apartment were amazing and went above and beyond to take care of us during our stay. They even provided extra laundry powder so we could easily clean our clothes in our room.

We felt totally at home during our stay and had no complaints at all.
