All was perfect.

Clean, updated room with a washing machine/dryer combo. Smart TV with free movies. Helpful staff allowed for late check-out and helped with lost items. Great location near a pub and convenient kitchen facilities. Spacious and clean rooms with kitchen and laundry amenities.

The staff were efficient and helpful when we reported a broken showerhead. They promptly sent someone to fix it and offered us compensation for the inconvenience. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby shops and cafes. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Staying at this hotel was convenient as it is centrally located. With restaurants and bars in the vicinity, it was easy to find a place for a meal or drink. The well-appointed facilities and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. The rooms were nicely furnished with good kitchen space, and the bathrooms were clean and spacious.

I did encounter some inconvenience with parking issues. Despite the parking being pre-booked and paid for, the designated spot was occupied by another.

Had an amazing time this Christmas with my family at a hotel in the heart of a beautiful city. We loved the handwritten christmas card and the complimentary cookies that were left on our bed upon arrival. the location was perfect as we could easily walk to the nearby parks and restaurants. We also enjoyed the indoor pool which provided an escape from the hot weather.

There were a couple of things that could have been better. the parking spots were a bit confusing, and we saw some guests having trouble finding their spot and getting frustrated.

This hotel in Nelson is my go-to place whenever I visit. It's centrally located and very comfortable. I've stayed here multiple times and have always had a positive experience. the rooms are spacious and clean, with great amenities like a full-size fridge and laundry facilities. the staff are excellent and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They even helped me organize taxis and provided valuable local knowledge. I highly recommend Quest for its convenient location and top-notch service.

I had a fantastic stay at a budget price at Quest. the hotel exceeded my expectations with a great location in the city centre, a helpful check-in staff, and excellent facilities in the ensuite room, including a washer/dryer that came in handy. the natural light in the room was lovely, and there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
