Amazing view of iconic landmark, bathroom with convenient laundry facilities, well-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, cozy apartment, easily accessible by bus.

The apartment was spacious, warm, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for our one-night stay. The staff were awesome, offering great service. the location was perfect, only a 5-minute walk away from the main area where we planned to celebrate New Year's Eve.

The room view was a disappointment, as there was a tree blocking our view of the surroundings and the city's skyline. This hindered our enjoyment of the skyline and the famous Sky Tower fireworks on New Year's Eve.

The room was very modern and clean with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was located in a great spot with easy access to public transportation and a supermarket nearby. We especially enjoyed the complimentary soap powder and the included washer and dryer.

That parking was not located on-site and required a short walk to get to.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Auckland and had a great experience. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the waterfront area which has been redeveloped for tourism. This meant there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in for some time, and the facilities were well-maintained and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. the service was top-notch and I was impressed with the level of professionalism.

In summary, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, service, and facilities were all excellent.

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to eating places down on the waterfront and near a wonderful little café. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a generous supply of toiletries and towels. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there is even a trolley available for carrying luggage.

The check-in experience could be frustrating due to issues with the front door calling system.

We had a fantastic stay at Quest! The rooms were impeccably clean and the staff, especially Colin and Lisa, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning and they generously allowed us to check in early. The location was convenient, close to the viaduct and a variety of restaurants. The rooms were well-appointed with everything we needed, including a kitchen for self-catering. Despite facing the road, the rooms were surprisingly quiet. We also enjoyed the lovely view over Victoria Park. we were extremely satisfied with our stay at Quest and would definitely stay there again.
