during my previous stay in auckland, i was impressed by how quest allowed my kids to play safely while i enjoyed the amenities. the washing machine and dryer were super handy for our family needs, and we had a peaceful environment. it exceeded my expectations by making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

there was no air conditioning in the apartment.

We loved the view from our balcony overlooking the harbor it was incredible. The staff was super helpful, giving us early check-in and even assisted with our special requests – made us feel like important guests.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but still worth every penny for the experience.

Comfy and clean beds improved our rest.

The reception hours were limited, creating inconvenience when I checked out early. On one occasion, I had to wait over 20 minutes for a staff member to move their vehicle so I could access my reserved parking spot. Additionally, the walls seemed thin as I could hear noise from neighboring rooms, including toilets flushing and showers running, which detracted from the overall comfort of my stay.

my stay was a total letdown. the towels weren’t even serviced for 3 days, which was just delightful after a long day. also, the heating was practically non-existent. i was not even offered an upgrade or any kind of gesture to warm my experience. needless to say, i won’t be recommending this place.

Our family had an awesome 6-night stay, really enjoyed the fantastic pillows and breathtaking view of the city and Sky Tower at night. It was super handy having a washer and dryer for the kids. We loved kicking back in the cozy lounge area and soaking up some sun on the balcony. The only minor hiccup was the tight parking situation, but it didn’t take away from our overall fun experience! 🌟

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and included a fantastic view of the city and Sky Tower at night, which was a highlight for the family. However, the location can be quite noisy if windows are open, especially with the nearby wharf operating 24 hours. It’s handy to have access to a small kitchen, though there was no silverware, which made dining in a bit tricky.

Just a good pick for a weekend adventure in Auckland with extraordinarily good value for money. The laundry in the apartment was super handy for keeping our clothes fresh. If you're bringing a car, be ready for some tight parking spaces.

Nice spot, could use some TLC

Spent a couple of nights here and while the location was great, the room definitely needed some upgrades. The staff was super friendly, especially the lady at the front desk, who really went above and beyond to help. Loved having breakfast in-room, but wow, that couch was a nightmare to sit on.
