I recently stayed at this place and had a fantastic experience. The location was great, as it was close to Spark Arena and an easy walk into town for restaurants and shopping. Although there were a lot of hills around, it was very handy to the city and only took me 8-10 minutes to walk. The staff here were exceptionally responsive and helpful, making sure to accommodate my request to access the rooms earlier than check-in time so I could freshen up before an event. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice view from the balcony. The hotel had everything I needed, from room amenities like ironing facilities and a washing machine, to services like room service and grocery shopping. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this venue to everyone.

Had a brilliant Christmas stay at a serviced apartment in central Auckland. the room was nice and clean with great views from the balcony. Loved that they provided complimentary tea and coffee in the kitchenette and had laundry facilities in the bathroom. the location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to the city center and all the sights.
