quest provided a fantastic stay with fabulous location and excellent service. the room was spacious, quiet, with a comfortable bed and great security. self, contained laundry and a small kitchenette were convenient for dietary needs. nearby supermarkets and restaurants. a smooth after, hours check, in process. will definitely stay again! 👍

amazing location in the heart of town - loved how clean everything was. great service - quick check-in - even got a call to check on us. loved being close to good dining spots and supermarkets. in-room laundry was super handy for quick trips.

The location of the hotel is prime, with excellent supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The self-contained laundry and small kitchenette in the room were convenient for guests with specific dietary requirements. The room was clean and tidy, providing all the necessary amenities. The desk staff were friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for nearby food options.

Some of the night watch staff were unhelpful and rude, giving off an unhappy and inconvenienced attitude towards guests.

Brand new hotel with spacious and stunning rooms. Very easy after hours check-in. Liked the facilities such as the own cooktop, dishwasher, and especially laundry in your own room. It was great to finish a long day at work and being able to wash and dry your own laundry without the need to sit at a laundromat.

The noise level was unbearable due to Boy racers with loud vehicles going around and around the block between 9 pm till 4 am. Despite having double glazing, it was very hard to get sleep.

The location of Quest was perfect for exploring the CBD, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Despite being on a main road, the traffic noise didn't bother me at all. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions I had before and during my stay. The kitchen in my room had everything I needed to prepare meals and it was convenient to have a dishwasher to clean up afterwards.

One evening, all the car parks were full and there was no one on site to address the issue. It would be helpful if numbered car parks were allocated to rooms to avoid this confusion.
