We had a great value for our money at Quest Taupo. The room was modern and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a washing machine. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance and a short walk to the beautiful lake. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe with a wider variety of options.

We enjoyed our stay at a conveniently located hotel in the heart of town, within an easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and a supermarket. The room was equipped with a good kitchenette, and the bed was comfortable. The double glazing kept the noise level low, making for a pleasant stay.

One of the hairdryers was not working and had to be left with a note for housekeeping to check.

the location was ideal and we found the beds to be extremely comfortable. the room itself was lovely, with a well-equipped kitchenette, a large bed, and a spacious bathroom. Everything was nice and clean, and the staff were absolutely lovely. We also appreciated the additional amenities, such as the kitchenette and the laundry facilities. the off-street parking was a bonus, and the property was nice and quiet. It was also conveniently located within walking distance to the center of town. We were particularly impressed that they allowed us triathletes to keep our bikes in our rooms, as long as they were clean.

I loved staying here! The location was perfect for my needs, as I could easily walk to the event I was attending, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I also appreciated the room amenities, including the soundproofed rooms, free toiletries, and kitchen with cookware and utensils. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful, and the free Wi-Fi in my room was a nice touch.

Recommending this hotel to all. This place had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a fantastic leisure swimming pool and free movies to watch on the flat-screen TV.

The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. I enjoyed the stunning lake view from my window and the comfortable bed with extra pillows. The highlight of my stay was definitely the amazing pressure and temperature of the shower. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
