Stayed for 10 days, studio apartment was comfortable and spacious. Housekeeping staff friendly and helpful. Great communication for late check-in. top-notch experience and will definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel was superb, being very close to the event we were attending. We were also thrilled to find that it was conveniently situated near restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. The apartment itself was spacious and well-resourced, with a cozy sleeping pod and ample living space. The bathrooms were clean and roomy, and the laundry facilities proved to be fantastic.

Despite mentioning this issue to the staff, nothing was done to rectify it. This made it difficult to see and work in the room, which was quite frustrating given the amount we paid for the accommodation.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the venue we were attending. We also enjoyed the excellent kitchen facilities and the balcony in our room. Despite a minor issue with the spa bath, the staff were quick to address it and resolve the problem. The parking was secure, although a bit expensive, and we had easy access to nearby bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Tauranga.
