We had the pleasure of staying at a hotel nestled in the centre by the picturesque lake, offering exceptional cleanliness and immaculate facilities. Kerri, the friendly and knowledgeable staff member, provided valuable insights on where to dine and ideal photo spots. the hotel's location on the lakefront allowed for easy exploration and access to various transportation options for our day trips to Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was within walking distance to the jetty, restaurants, and cafes, and had a beautiful view of the lake. The room was modern, spacious, and well-decorated. It felt like a home away from home. the amenities, such as the fully equipped kitchenette and large flat TV, were also appreciated. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were no negative aspects to our stay at this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend it to others.

The apartment was conveniently located close to the town centre, making it easy for us to explore the area and visit the nearby shops and restaurants. Additionally, being situated on the lake provided us with beautiful views and a serene atmosphere during our stay.

We were slightly disappointed to find out that our room overlooked the car park instead of having uninterrupted views of the lake. This was a small issue considering all the other positive aspects of our stay, but it would have been nice to have a more scenic view from our room.

The view from the room was breathtaking and the spacious room was perfect for our family get-together during Christmas. the location was great as we could easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants. the kitchenette came in handy and saved us some money on meals.

The slow and unreliable wifi was a big disappointment. It made it difficult to stay connected with loved ones during the holiday season.

Close to town centre, helpful staff, comfortable beds, great facilities, super clean and new, spotless rooms.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. the exclusive amenities were beyond luxurious and catered to our every need. the staff was attentive and made us feel at home. the location was perfect for exploring the area, and the beach access was a great added touch. the garden area was a peaceful retreat, and the picnic tables allowed for a relaxing afternoon snack. the private facilities were a luxury, making us feel pampered and indulgent. the in-room breakfast was a wonderful way to start each day, and the service was impeccable.

this was not a major issue as there were plenty of other dining options available nearby.
