Additionally, the one-bedroom apartment we booked had no windows that could be opened, resulting in poor air quality. The hotel lacked essential facilities such as a business center or gym. The parking garage was inconvenient to access and the $30/day parking fee, even for disabled guests, was a letdown. However, the hotel's pleasant staff, well-maintained common spaces, and central location were positives. It was also convenient to have the option of a room with a small kitchen. I would recommend this hotel with a few reservations.

ramada really impressed me during my recent stay in auckland. the new and conveniently located accommodation exceeded my expectations. loved the modern and clean rooms, plus the vibrant pops of color throughout the property. it made for a pleasant and comfortable experience exploring the city.

We had an incredible stay at Ramada Newmarket! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured that we had a comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently located near a large mall with plenty of dining options, and it's not far from central Auckland. The rooms were clean and cozy, and we loved having a washer and dryer right in our room. The beds were absolutely heavenly and provided the perfect night's sleep after a long journey. The hotel also smelled amazing thanks to the Ecoya products they use. we couldn't fault anything about this property!

The location of the hotel is superb, with easy access to shops in Newmarket as well as a nearby mall. Guests also enjoy the convenience of being close to the Auckland Museum and Sylvia Park shopping centre. The rooms are lovely, with comfortable beds and a warm atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The water pressure in the bathroom is spot on and the check-in/check-out process is fast and efficient. Guests also appreciate the nice breakfast offered at the hotel.

It would be even better if there was a gym onsite, as well as more soundproof walls to provide a quieter experience for guests.

Conveniently located near Westfield mall and dining options. Rooms meet expectations and have excellent shower pressure. Breakfast sourced from local cafe is a nice touch. Limited parking available. Nice view of the harbor and easy access to Gillies Hospital.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the massive Westfield shopping complex with its plethora of restaurants and shops. The service was excellent, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping readily available. The room itself was impeccable, with ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning ensuring maximum comfort. I also loved the in-room amenities such as the tea and coffee facilities, the sitting area, and the safe for my valuables. The dining table and patio were a nice touch, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Almost perfect.

We spent our Christmas holiday at this hotel and we had a decent experience. we appreciated the complementary goodies provided by the hotel staff upon arrival. the location was perfect as it was within walking distance to a shopping mall and had easy access to the motorway. Lastly, the rooms were spacious enough for our family of four to move around comfortably.

The noise level in our room was quite high, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the bathroom was a bit cramped and the door had to be positioned properly to be able to get in and out.
