The hotel provided a clean and fresh environment, with a comfortable room perfect for a stay. the location was ideal for easy access to public transport, and the staff were friendly and professional. improvements could be made in terms of thorough room servicing and better TV functionality.

The room was a good size, handy to everything, and the bed was v comfy. the hotel offers a great range of relaxation options like massage and beauty treatments. the apartment was very clean but the shower cubicle could do with a deep clean on the bottom edges of the door frame area, everything else was top-notch! Great experience overall! 😊

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location is super convenient, just a short walk away from the bus station. The staff was so friendly and did an excellent job of keeping the room clean. We loved having access to the washing machine and dryer in the room. It made packing so much easier.

I stayed at Ramada in Albany for a few nights while waiting for my flight home. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the location was great, with easy access to public transport, shopping, and movies. The rooms were well-appointed and had all the amenities I needed at affordable rates. The secure underground carpark was a bonus.

The room smelled damp and had a wet patch on the carpet next to the bed. the parking slip was confusing and staff didn't explain it.
