Convenient location near a mall and bus terminal. Clean and comfortable room with modern amenities. Air-conditioning was a nice touch. Staff were extremely helpful, especially during after-hours. Best bed and pillows I've ever had in a hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location is super convenient, just a short walk away from the bus station. The staff was so friendly and did an excellent job of keeping the room clean. We loved having access to the washing machine and dryer in the room. It made packing so much easier.

We highly recommend this hotel to all of our family and friends!

I stayed at Ramada in Albany for a few nights while waiting for my flight home. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the location was great, with easy access to public transport, shopping, and movies. The rooms were well-appointed and had all the amenities I needed at affordable rates. The secure underground carpark was a bonus.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff and free parking are a plus. Convenient location close to malls and the city center. Room was spacious and came with complimentary toiletries.

The room smelled damp and had a wet patch on the carpet next to the bed. The parking slip was confusing and staff didn't explain it.
