I loved this venue's location - it was so close to many attractions! The Sky Tower was just a short walk away, and the conference I attended was right there. The facilities in the room were great too - it had everything I needed, like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a dining table. Plus, the staff made sure I had easy access to my room.

I recently stayed at this hotel in a perfect location near the center of Auckland. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from the iconic Auckland Tower and a short walk from Queen Street shopping. The room was modern and comfortable, with a washer/dryer in the bathroom for added convenience. The staff were extremely helpful, allowing us a late check-out and providing great customer service. The room was well-stocked with kitchen items and had a nice selection of teas. I also appreciated the good water pressure in the shower. it was a great stay.

The view from our room was not the best.

As young people, we loved the convenient location and modern facilities of this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette and even a washing machine and dryer. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the secure parking was a bonus. a great option for both short and long stays in the city.

We stayed at a hotel over the Xmas holidays and enjoyed some of the complimentary features provided. the location was fantastic, within walking distance to most attractions and shops. Another great feature was the washing machine in the room which came in handy during our extended stay.

The parking situation was a disaster. the underground parking was too tight to navigate, even with a smaller vehicle.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location with helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist me. The room was comfortable, well-lit, and even had a kitchen. I definitely got my money's worth and will be back next time I'm in town.

The only improvement I would suggest is to have more breakfast options available.

Great value for money, tidy and compact room, excellent location near Federal Street and Queen Street. Very friendly and helpful staff, even offered to help with directions to a nearby restaurant.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was superb, as it was conveniently close to Queen Street, the Viaduct pier area, and the iconic Sky Tower. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the facilities provided, such as the washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was also great to have the option to order breakfast to be delivered to my room.

stayed at a different accommodation before, but Ramada really impressed me. Staff changed our room early so we could freshen up, perfect location near SkyCity and the harbor. Quiet rooms, comfy bed, and all the cooking facilities we needed.
