The room itself was well-maintained with modern fittings and corner windows, providing a bright and fresh atmosphere. The staff were attentive and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist guests. a great option for those wanting a central location with easy access to various attractions.

Our city trip was amazing, and we found the hotel to be perfectly located near major attractions and hotspots in the city. We could walk to shopping areas and other fun places within minutes. the cleanliness of the room was impressive, and it made us feel quite comfortable. We appreciated having access to basic amenities and facilities such as a hob and champagne glasses which added to the comfort of the space.

Only having one key for our room. This made it inconvenient when one of us wanted to go out while the other stayed in, and the key was also needed to operate the heat pump.

The corner windows in my room were a pleasant surprise and let in lots of natural light. Appreciated the helpful staff who printed documents for my meeting and looked after my bag after check-out. The fittings in the room showed no signs of wear and tear, which was a real plus!

The room I was in had a small work area, not ideal for longer periods of work. The lack of access to other levels with our room and lift keys was inconvenient for my family, as we had to meet in the lobby every time we needed something.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. The staff were friendly and professional, and the check-in process was easy. The carpark was reserved for us upon arrival, and it was given to us for free.

I recently stayed at Ramada in Auckland for a week-long vacation and couldn't have been more pleased. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early and providing great tips for exploring the city. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore both the city center and the surrounding areas. The rooms were clean and modern, with fantastic views. The bathroom was fully stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, and having a TV with Netflix was a great bonus. The availability of WiFi was also much appreciated. a wonderful stay!

During our weekend stay, we found the room to be clean, cozy, and quiet. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided plenty of tea and coffee. we appreciated the jug in the fridge for keeping cold water. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the wharf, and there was parking available on request.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. The standard rooms were quite small, not ideal for anyone planning to spend a lot of time indoors.
