The location of the motel was great, as it was close to everything we needed to get to. It was just a short walk to the city center, and there were shops nearby for convenience. The room was comfortable and provided value for money. The apartment had a spacious bedroom with a spa bath, stand-alone shower, washing machine, and dryer. The owner/manager was very helpful and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There was an issue with the outside lights at night being too bright, which made it difficult to sleep even with the curtains closed. The motel could consider finding a solution to this to improve the overall experience for guests.

I really appreciated the friendly and helpful reception at Randolph Motel. They quickly remedied a situation where the taxi was not called for us. The comfort of the room was excellent, with nicely appointed and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen facilities were also great for a convenient stay. Additionally, having a newspaper delivered to our room was a nice touch.

While the overall stay was pleasant, it would have been nice to have two pillows each in the room, as there were no spares available. The lights outside the room were quite bright at night, making it difficult to sleep even with the curtains closed.

Convenient washer and dryer in-room. Thorough and polite cleaning staff. Great location in charming Merivale village, within walking distance of Christchurch city center and Riverside Markets. Secure garage for storing bikes. Delightful outdoor areas with plenty of parking.

We appreciated the daily delivery of a newspaper to our room and the great kitchen facilities available. the split-system air conditioning made the spacious rooms even more comfortable.

We had some assigned parking bays for each room, but sometimes other guests parked in front of our room which made it feel intrusive. on the first day, housekeeping left the windows open in our ground-floor unit, which we felt was a risk to our belongings.

Surrounded by delightful surroundings and restaurants, this hotel was conveniently located in a peaceful area. the beautifully furnished rooms were armed with exclusive amenities that made the stay more luxurious, such as a well-equipped kitchen and spacious private facilities. the courteous staff were eager to please and offered top-level service that was tailored to our individual requirements.

Although we had an excellent stay, there was one minor issue which could be improved upon. the parking spots were too tight, making it difficult to park larger vehicles.
