Regal Palms Resort in Rotorua was a delight! From the cozy Superior Studio Suite to the friendly staff, we felt right at home. the spa tub was a highlight, though the property felt a bit dated. Extending our stay was a no-brainer - highly recommended for families and relaxation seekers alike!

Chose this hotel for a town hall meeting; enjoyed amenities like the bar/lounge and the outdoor tennis court, which were conducive to networking and relaxation during breaks.

Missed having a dedicated workspace in the room for business needs.

Our stay at the resort was fantastic. The apartment was clean, spacious, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and provided little touches that made our stay even more enjoyable, like a wide selection of free DVDs and magazines. The resort's facilities, including the outdoor pool, mini golf, and BBQ areas, were well-maintained and added fun to our stay. The location was also convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend this resort to friends and family and would gladly stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with the absolute wow location in this city. The hotel facilities were exceptional, offering a smorgasbord of activities including tennis, mini-golf, table tennis, an excellent gym, and a heated swimming pool. The staff, especially Ross and Michelle, greeted us with the most inviting smiles and were incredibly helpful in providing information about local attractions. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch and we were pleasantly surprised to find that we had been upgraded to a larger room with a spacious bathroom featuring a large, two-person bubble bath. Additionally, parking was conveniently located just in front of our room.

We had an amazing time staying at this resort. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from the main food area of town and close to all the main attractions. We loved that it was next to the tennis court, as we enjoy playing a game or two in the evenings. The room was spacious and spotless, with a huge spa bath in the bathroom that was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring our check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day. The resort had fantastic facilities, including a heated pool and full sky TV in the lounge. We couldn't have asked for more!
