I had a fantastic stay at the lodge. The room I stayed in was beautiful and comfortable, with a super cozy bed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a coffee machine in the room that made divine coffee. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including packets of Oreos that served as a delightful snack for my outdoor adventures. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests I had. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff were excellent.

The hotel facilities, including the automatic espresso machine and hydro-massage bathtub, added an extra touch of luxury. The location was convenient, being only a short drive away from this city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff, especially Melissa, were incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. They even upgraded us to a downstairs Suite to make it easier for us with our heavy luggage, which we greatly appreciated. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with a wonderful bed that provided a great night's sleep. The cooked breakfast in the morning was delicious and gave us the perfect start to our day. We also loved the opportunity to interact with the animals in the backyard among the beautiful Cherry Blossoms. And of course, the view of the snow-capped peaks of the Remarkables was simply magical. We would definitely return to Remarkables Lodge for another stay.

remarkable lodge in jacks point was a cozy and clean retreat from city chaos. nestled amidst stunning mountains, our room offered comfort and warmth, with a lovely view. the friendly staff and amenities like a jacuzzi bath made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at a lodge in a beautiful location. The staff were accommodating and fulfilled our requests. The facilities, including a spa and sauna, were great. The bathroom was clean with good showers. The lodge was clean and just a short drive from the city center.

The location was perfect, offering great views of the surrounding mountains and being only a short 5-minute drive away from the bustling city of Queenstown. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The charming decor of Remarkables Lodge created a cozy and inviting atmosphere, reminiscent of a traditional country retreat. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and provided comfortable spaces for relaxation and socializing. As a senior woman, I was pleased to find that the lodge was easily accessible, with convenient parking and easy navigation throughout the premises.

While overall enjoyable, I would have appreciated more attentive service from the children working there. A little more attentiveness and warmth would have made the vacation even better for senior guests like myself.

The value for money at this place was incredible! Our two-bedroom villa was spacious and the equipment provided was top-notch. The location was peaceful with beautiful grounds, including fruit trees, chooks, and goats. We even had a paddock with deer behind us! The BBQ area offered majestic views of the Remarkables Mountains, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. an unforgettable experience that I would choose every time, especially if you have a car!

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the nearby mountains. The owner was welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the peaceful location away from the bustle of the city. The self-service continental breakfast was a nice touch.

I must say, I got great value for my money at this lodge. The room I was upgraded to was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. The location was perfect as a transit stop on my way to Fiordland. The staff treated me with warmth and kindness, particularly the beautiful lady running the show. And the coffee pods in the room and communal area were a nice touch.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps with a wider variety of options.

I stayed at Remarkables Lodge for two nights and it was perfect for my needs. The location was just right - away from the town centre but still close enough to drive in if I needed anything. The views of the Remarkables were stunning, especially with the great weather. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a touch of luxury. I loved having Netflix available to watch and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The old building had a charming atmosphere and the garden with the hens was lovely.
