I recently stayed at a hotel in a convenient location, close to the stadium and a Pak n Save. However, it was right by a busy intersection, which made it quite noisy and difficult to sleep. Additionally, the walls were thin, so I could hear everything from the next room. This was not ideal for a group of young people going out at night and having young children trying to sleep. On a positive note, the hotel had great pools and the location was perfect for my daughter. The beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially during check-in and check-out. The room itself was large and well-equipped, and having a car park right outside was convenient for me as a solo traveler with a toddler and a baby.

The hotel’s location is a major advantage as it is conveniently situated near a large supermarket and the city center. You can easily access shops, malls, and other amenities within a short walking distance. Additionally, some rooms offer a pleasant view of the surrounding area.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the worn coffee table and chipped bath, were in need of maintenance.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location on a busy intersection makes it convenient to access the city center and nearby attractions. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests. The rooms are well-maintained with comfy beds and basic amenities. I particularly enjoyed the walk-in shower, which added a touch of luxury to my stay.

Great pool and location. Excellent beds, clean sheets, and quality towels. Close to shops with clean and tidy rooms. Modern decor, friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of onsite parking. Nice breakfast with limited but tasty cooked options.

Absolutely mind-blowing stay! Friendly staff, spacious room, GREAT water pressure, and amazing balcony views. Daily room service, safe parking, easy access to nearby amenities, and one-hour late check-out option. Fantastic breakfast range, central location, super understanding staff, and comfy beds with a cool setting.

We enjoyed our stay at the Heartland Ambassador Hotel. The location was convenient and we loved having the pool and spa right outside our door. Our room was comfortable and had all the basics. Despite some minor issues with noise and power outlets, overall we had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

Our New Year's stay was a blast thanks to the great complementary services available. the hotel's pool and spa kept us and the kids occupied for hours, and we enjoyed the modern decor and reasonable rates. the hotel is also conveniently located near shops and restaurants, which made exploring the town a breeze.

While the hotel had its perks, there were a few downsides. Some of the light fixtures were held up by tape and the unit was poorly equipped;
