Great value for the money, with a nice room and fantastic facilities. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast selection could use improvement, maybe by adding more variety.

The free coffee and hammock were nice additions to make up for the lack of amenities. the location was great as it was within walking distance to everything we needed. It was also situated on a quiet street which was a peaceful escape from the noise of the city. the bed was comfortable enough for a few nights and the staff were friendly and helpful when we needed advice on activities in the area.

The walls were thin, so we could hear people loudly walking up and down the hallway and the sound of the communal bathroom being used. the sink in our private bathroom was so small that it was difficult not to spill water all over the floor.

I recently had the most amazing stay at Riverstone Lodge in Turangi. I was in town to hike the Tongariro Crossing and stayed at the lodge for two nights. The facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful lounge and dining area, well-stocked kitchen, and spacious and clean rooms. The staff, especially Sandra and Jo, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even upgraded my room for the second night. The location was perfect, with easy access to the supermarket and shuttle bus for the hike. it was the best backpackers I've ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

The hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities, offering a well-kept garden area, exceptional service, and a divine sun terrace. My private room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, boasting high-end room advantages. the location provides easy access to activities and attractions.

The leisure room was poorly equipped, failing to meet my entertainment expectations.

The owners were friendly and helpful. The lodge felt like a home with a nice lounge area and fireplace. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped. The beds had plenty of blankets and there was an electric heater in the room.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.
