I recently had a great experience at Sahara Motels. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a deluxe suite due to my allergy to animal hair. the budget room I initially booked had evidence of dog/cat hair on the sofa cover. the motelier was very helpful and accommodating, immediately providing me with a modern deluxe suite. the new room was fantastic - cleaner, fresher, and more spacious. It even had a balcony with a view of the road. the shower had plenty of room and great water pressure, and the kitchen facilities were excellent. the motelier declined my offer to pay the difference and instead charged a small $10 courtesy fee. the customer service was top-notch, and I'm grateful for the experience. I was in town for work and stayed for two nights. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The shower had good water pressure and the bed was warm and comfortable. They even provided an electric blanket. I also appreciated the availability of tea and coffee, and the big screen TV in the lounge. The location was convenient, close to the CBD and plenty of dining options.

Got in town for a 3-day break. the hotel was just a walk away from great restaurants and lovely shopping centers. the staff was friendly enough to offer us complementary breakfast for our entire stay; we sure enjoyed that gesture. the room was quite spacious, and we loved the warm bedding we had.

The rooms were located right over each other, making the floor creaky and noisy. We couldn't get a decent sleep with the sounds from people walking around upstairs.

Convenient Location, Exceptional Value

Although the room was on the smaller side, it was still adequate for a comfortable stay. The towels provided were clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my visit.

The room in the main house was a bit outdated and could use some renovations. The furnishings were worn out and the bed was uncomfortable.
