I had a great value for my money at the hotel. The room was modern, clean, and well-appointed, and the location was very convenient. The staff were pleasant and accommodating.

The breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Sky City area, making it close to everything, including public transport and landmarks. The rooms are clean and spacious, with newly renovated bathrooms. The staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service. Check-in is quick and easy. Additionally, the hotel offers the convenience of borrowing travel adapters for guests who need them.

The hotel does not have onsite parking or valet service, which can be inconvenient for guests arriving late at night.

Our stay at Airedale Boutique Suites was fabulous! The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and had comfortable beds. The staff was incredibly friendly, even accommodating our late check-in and arranging a late checkout. The location was convenient and easy to get around on foot or by Uber. The hotel was clean and tidy, with a friendly housekeeping staff. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for a stay in the City, good eating options, and very handy for the Sky Bus. Comfy bed, plenty of space for 2 in the suite, and friendly staff who readily assisted us. Spacious room - I was upgraded. the location allows finding shopping, dining, and entertainment in walking distance. Airport transport at the front door available. the bed was super comfy.

The heating wasn't working properly and the windows did not close 100%, resulting in draft and noise. Our room was small, with no useful shelving in the bathroom, and no lobby area to sit in.

As a satisfied guest at Airedale Boutique Hotel, I stayed for three nights during a business trip. The staff were attentive and welcoming, even providing a lovely hand-written welcome card. The room was beautifully decorated with modern amenities and a well-stocked mini-bar, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. The hotel's central location was perfect for easy access to popular attractions, and the valet service was a helpful bonus. I highly recommend this boutique hotel for its excellent service and stylish accommodations.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was amazing. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the Town Hall which was just across the road. The hotel is also near shops and down to the waterfront, so close to everything. The staff were great and provided excellent service including room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping and laundry. The room amenities were lavish with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities and mini-bar. The room had a sitting area and in-room safe, in-room air conditioning, and free toiletries. The room also had a kitchen with an electric kettle, the television and am/fm alarm clock were perfect to relax to. They also had a dining restaurant and bar/lounge area which was great to grab a quick drink or a bite to eat, and the staff were very accommodating. The leisure library was perfect for me to relax and read and the free Wi-Fi was a great added bonus.

During our Christmas break, we had a lovely stay in a spacious room with two TVs and three mirrors. the location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to see. Plus, two complimentary advantages, breakfast and a room upgrade, made our stay even better. the staff were friendly and the food was fantastic.

The morning construction was quite loud, and the doors made a loud noise when shutting, which was difficult to control. Some minor cleanliness issues, such as previous guests' shoes in the room and a hair on the shower door.

We were amazed by the level of support we received during a difficult time. The hotel staff went above and beyond to find us accommodation when our plans fell through. They even prioritized us when cancellations occurred. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel had a great location in the city. While there were a few minor inconveniences like noise from renovations and parking options, the staff's kindness and the overall experience made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel.
