The upgraded room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The manager made our stay special and even provided a nice breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating during check-in. The facility was busy with lots of guests. The room had a nice layout with a private outdoor sitting area.

We had the biggest room we've ever stayed in during our trip to New Zealand. It was so spacious that it had two king size beds, allowing us to each have our own. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with pillows that you just sink into. The room also had air conditioning and a balcony, adding to our comfort.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to the waterfront and in a quiet spot. The hotel room was also clean and comfortable to stay in. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay, which was a plus.

Our dining experience in the hotel restaurant was not great. The food was unappetizing and cold, and the wait staff were not very helpful.

As bike riders, we loved the easy walk from the hotel to the centre of town. The clean rooms and air conditioning were perfect during the heatwave. The kids were thrilled with the pool and the room was spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel's location was perfect - nestled in a picturesque treescaped garden, yet within walking distance of attractions and the beach. We can't wait to come back and enjoy all the wonderful amenities that this hotel has to offer. We highly recommend it to family and friends.
