Always return here for stays. Staff suggested best taxi my first time. Amenities include Wi-Fi, Outdoor dining, Flat-screen TV, Dryer. Perfect fit for me with Ski storage. Love Hiking, Cycling, Canoeing, Fishing, Skiing. No pets, AC, No smoking. Excited for New Year's return!

Heart offers a superbly central location, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and bars. the balcony provides great views of the town and mountains, with spacious rooms and excellent heating for winter. the staff is responsive and helpful, making for a comfortable stay.

Limited amenities, no daily cleaning.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was unbeatable - right in the heart of the town with easy access to all the attractions and shops. We were blown away by the amazing views of the lake from our room, it was truly breathtaking. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Lastly, the attention to detail and the little touches throughout our stay made it really special, from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable rooms. It was definitely great value for money and we would highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at Heart Of Queenstown. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown, with easy access to all the activities and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I especially loved the Nespresso machine and the Will and Able products provided. The managers, Paula and Carolyn, were also very accommodating. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of toiletries and a steep access to the outdoor balcony, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a great Queenstown experience.

The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect. It is conveniently close to everything, such as the waterfront and the lake. You can easily walk to all the main attractions and restaurants in just a few minutes. The room itself was tidy and clean, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the apartment had good heating, which was especially appreciated during the colder months.

The noise from the street and nearby pubs and bars could be disruptive at night.

There were a few setbacks during the stay. the lack of a decent view was a disappointment, as were the walls that were far too thin.

This hotel's location was perfect - right in the center of everything! We were able to walk to all the restaurants and activities in just minutes. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast provided was a great start to our day.
