The hotel is conveniently located just outside the town centre, offering beautiful views of the nearby mountains. It is also in close proximity to the Mt Hutt ski area, making it extremely convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The breakfast spread is delicious and offers a variety of options. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar with a great selection of food and drinks.

I had a fantastic stay at a cozy accommodation with a lovely communal lounge room, complete with a fireplace and pool table. The food was absolutely incredible, with 5-star quality and impeccable service. The view from my room was stunning, and the off-street parking was a bonus. The location was perfect, close to amenities and plenty of things to do. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast each morning was a delicious treat, and the restaurant served amazing dinners with generous portions and flavors. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.

The room I booked did not come with a TV or fridge, which I wasn't aware of when making the reservation. However, there was a communal lounge room available and an upgrade was offered for an additional charge.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located up to the ski area which is very handy. Our room was equipped with great amenities like the heating, ironing facilities, and tea/coffee facilities. We also loved the terrace with its garden furniture and the restaurant with its special menus. The staff were friendly and willing to help.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The salmon dinner was delicious and the Continental breakfast had plenty of choices catering to gluten and dairy free diets. The tea and coffee lounge had spectacular mountain views.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel for our trekking trip. The location was spot-on, just around the corner from the Opuke Hot Springs, which was a great spot to relax after a long day of hiking. The hotel itself had everything we needed, with a TV and pool table for entertainment, and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. We also loved the delicious breakfast they offered, it was the perfect start to our day.

That the free wi-fi didn't work very well.

The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing, both for breakfast and dinner. We also enjoyed the cozy and comfortable guest lounge with board games. We really appreciated the convenient location, on the ski-bus pick up route.

The bed was a little too firm for our liking. It would have been nice to have a desk in the room.
