During my recent stay at The Grand By Skycity, I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail in the room. Everything was tidy and well-organized, making for a very comfortable stay. The bed, in particular, was the best I've ever slept on, providing a restful night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, going above and beyond to make our stay special. They even arranged some birthday amenities for my partner's 30th birthday. Additionally, the hotel's location in the city center was very convenient, with great food outlets nearby. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were lovely. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

The bar fridge offered a wide range of reasonably priced options. The breakfast restaurant on the ground floor was excellent, with a great selection and friendly staff. All the hotel staff, from valet parking to desk staff, were exceptional. The room had a lovely large bed and stunning views from the 16th floor. The addition of a chromecast allowed us to stream our favorite shows. Room service and breakfast delivery were exceptional. The mini-bar prices were very reasonable. The pod coffee machine was a nice touch. The hotel's central location was very convenient.

The value for money at this centrally positioned luxury hotel was excellent. The room was fantastic, with incredibly comfortable beds. The location was great, with easy access to the harbour for ferries. The staff were friendly and efficient, especially with our 8-year-old.

I recently stayed at The Grand in Auckland for a family vacation. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a great selection of pastries. Despite the hotel being fully booked, there were no queues for breakfast or checkout, and the staff were extremely friendly. The rooms were quiet, and the linen was of good quality. It comfortably accommodated two adults and two children in a twin room. We will definitely be back.

Our recent stay at The Grand was fantastic. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and great bathroom facilities. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Sky Tower and Marina. We were even lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with a view of the harbor. Despite a few minor issues, such as slow housekeeping and the pool being closed, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend The Grand for a pleasant stay in Auckland.

The hotel staff went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, with a special congratulations letter in our room and a personalized dessert plate. The location is perfect, with restaurants, the casino, and the Skytower nearby. Receptionist was welcoming and informative. The rooms were nice and clean, with everything we needed. The pool and gym area were well-maintained and upgraded. Tae provided helpful advice and even helped fix problems with my SIM card. a great stay.
