My stay at SkyCity Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The room upgrade to a Premium Suite was definitely worth it, as the view from room 303 was absolutely stunning. The spaciousness allowed the kids to run around and enjoy themselves. The highlight of our dining experience was Rebo, where the food was fantastic and the staff provided top-notch service. The breakfast at the grand was also a big hit. The central location, fantastic parking, and quiet rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Auckland.

We got great value for our money with a spacious suite that was perfect for entertaining our friends. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile and providing anything we needed, like extra water and plates for our supper in the suite.

The breakfast menu could have offered more variety or options to cater to different preferences.

The location is perfect, as it is very close to everything in the CBD but in a quiet area. The bed is very comfortable and the room is lovely, with full-length windows that open onto an airy courtyard. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet in Fortuna Buffet is good.

As it is located in the heart of the city, there may be some encounters with street people when leaving the hotel.

The staff even went above and beyond by printing out tickets I needed and ensuring I had everything I needed. the service and attention to detail at this hotel made my stay truly memorable.

Although the hotel itself was fantastic, I did notice there were homeless and drunk people outside and inside the hotel, which made me feel a bit uneasy, especially when I was with my children. It would be great if the hotel could address this issue to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

I had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! The room was clean and tidy, and the in-room dining was excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect, with major shopping streets and transportation hubs just a short walk away. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even better.

Had a great Christmas stay at a 4-star hotel. the customer service was excellent, with friendly and professional staff. the bed in our suite was very comfortable and the size of the suite was perfect, with a separate bedroom. the hotel also had a great location, close to bars and restaurants, and it was easy to explore the city from there. Another advantage was the spacious parking area, which made it convenient for us as we traveled by car.

There were a few drawbacks. the beds in the suite were a bit small for three adults sharing the room, and it would have been better if there were queen or king-sized beds instead of doubles.

It only took us a few minutes to walk to Queen Street and about 10-15 minutes to the vibrant Viaduct Basin. We even found it convenient to visit the art gallery, which was just 15 minutes away. The hotel provides a range of amenities and services, including room service, dry cleaning, and bell staff/porter. Our room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The comfortable sitting area and terrace provided an extra touch of luxury. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus.

Spent Easter weekend here and had a blast. Loved that they offered free chocolate eggs on Easter Sunday and a late check-out on Monday. Location was key, being only a few blocks away from amazing restaurants and shopping. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. a great stay.

The noise level from the street below, but that's to be expected in the heart of the city. while the room was clean overall, the bathroom could have used a bit more attention to detail in terms of cleaning.

The room at Skycity Hotel had a well-equipped kitchenette with hot water jug, tea and coffee options. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a wonderful shower. The hotel's prime location next to the Sky Tower offered plenty of dining and entertainment options. The parking facilities were secure and clean with discounts for guests. The buffet had a wide variety of delicious food and the customer service was excellent, with a speedy check-in process. it was a great experience for us as guests with children.

Felt like our own home, nothing to complain about.
