The breathtaking harbour views from my room on level 2 at So/ Auckland were simply mesmerizing. Waking up to the sparkling water and the Auckland skyline was a dream come true.

While it didn't detract much from my overall experience, opting for a room higher up or facing away from the street would be ideal for a quieter night's rest.

The location of So/ Auckland was perfect for exploring the city on foot, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its make-your-own fresh juice station. the sauna and pool were great for relaxation, and the complimentary mini bar snacks were a nice touch. the hotel staff were accommodating and the Valet service made parking hassle-free. the decor and facilities were top-notch, making it a luxurious stay. Nearby landmarks like Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tamaki and Britomart added to the overall experience, enhancing family bonding through exploration and relaxation.

The burgers at SO/ were so good, they're practically a local legend. And don't get me started on the breakfast—absolute heaven! the pool and Jacuzzi were the ultimate chill spots. Plus, the hotel's art-filled vibes were next level.

Despite a few hiccups, like frozen air con and a closed rooftop bar, SO/ still sparkled. A rocky start, but with potential to shine brighter than the Auckland skyline.

The rooms are stunning with beautiful decor and amazing bathrooms, including a huge bath and shower. the comfy bed and delicious breakfast added to a fantastic stay with awesome views of the harbor. the staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience when there was a mix-up 👌. the spa and gym facilities were top-notch, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. the only downside was some noise from a nearby service room, but it didn't really bother us overall.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel with a great location and excellent breakfast. The staff were very service-oriented and the room was comfortable with a cozy bed. highly recommended.

Some guests have noted occasional issues with service, such as delays in room service deliveries or difficulties in reaching the front desk.

The room was spacious and had a great bathtub. the atmosphere was stylish and cool. the hotel offered nice wellness facilities and the concierge staff were super friendly. the location was great, close to shopping and dining areas, and easy to get to from transportation hubs.

The sofa in the room had stains and bedding smelt unpleasant. We were not informed about facilities such as valet parking and breakfast.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities, including a spa and wellness centre with massages and a stunning indoor swimming pool. the restaurant offered an exceptional in-room breakfast with special diet menus available upon request. the private facilities were exclusive and the location advantages were numerous, being situated within the heart of the CBD.

the snack bar did not offer enough options for the price paid in such a luxury accommodation.
