Excellent service and birthday surprises

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my birthday celebration special with a thoughtful gesture. the room was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. One improvement could be providing more wardrobe space for hanging clothes.

I always stay at this perfect place. First visit, staff suggested restaurants. Free Wi-Fi, 24/7 service/security, fitness center, sauna, laundry, flat-screen TV. Helpful staff, no smoking. Coming back for trip.

Chill times with my mates, hitting up the Entertainment District and the coolest spots on Cuba Street. Staying in a rad room with sick views and top-notch facilities, plus the staff were legends!

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to all the amenities. the room was well-equipped and regularly cleaned by friendly staff. I particularly enjoyed the 24/7 entry and exit, as well as the on-site laundry facilities. Finally, the price was very reasonable for the quality of the room and amenities.

There were a few negative aspects as well. the stairs leading up to the hotel were steep and may pose a challenge for those with mobility issues.
