The bed was unbelievably comfortable. Indoor pool was a treat- beautiful and clean with a nice view. Staff were fantastic and made us feel very spoilt. Valet service impeccable. Appreciated the free upgrade for our wedding anniversary. Appreciated the 30min parking in the front while I drop things off to my room. Appreciated quick service when I called for anything to be delivered.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The gym had a wide range of equipment, including dumbbells, cables, machines, a rowing machine, treadmill. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, with comfortable beds and great bathroom lighting, complete with a magnifying mirror. The executive suite provided extra space, and the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city.

It would have been helpful if the hotel provided toothbrushes and toothpaste as standard in the bathroom. The soundproofing in the room could also be improved, as there were issues with the sound quality of the television package.

At this luxurious hotel, we had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with exclusive amenities that met our every need. We were impressed with the beautifully set out atrium and the fantastic indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi facilities. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were also exceptional.

The only minor issue was the slow check-out process, which took longer than expected. However, this did not affect our overall experience as the staff were always on hand to help.

We were pleasantly surprised by the early check-in at Jw Marriott after our long flight, which made a huge difference to the start of our trip. The room was spacious and luxurious, with excellent facilities and a comfortable bed. The location was also perfect for exploring the city center. I highly recommend this hotel.

Road construction in the area made it somewhat difficult to reach by car.

The parking fee for my car, which was $50 per night, came as an unexpected surprise. Furthermore, the noise disturbance from rail construction early in the morning affected the quality of sleep, creating a less than ideal experience.
