Oh, I just adored that anyone could stroll into the hotel and take the elevator to any floor. Such a thrilling game of "who will be in my room?

The Sudima Auckland City had a beautiful decor, friendly staff, convenient restaurant, comfortable beds, stunning views, and excellent cleanliness. The multiple luggage storage options, full-length mirror, and peaceful atmosphere on our floor were also great. The prime location made it easy to walk or drive to nearby attractions, and the bellboy service was top-notch.

Great room, but no mention of interconnecting option at check-in. We had to block the door. Parking info not on website, had to call. No visible signs for entrance. Good breakfast, nice atmosphere, attentive staff. Clean hotel, efficient valet. Modern design, well-located. Friendly staff, no waiting. Thoughtful about waste with recycling and large toiletries. Loved our stay, convenient for Americas Cup. Little touches and clean, spacious rooms.

Additionally, the location is perfect for those attending events in Auckland, such as New Year's Eve celebrations or concerts at Sky City. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and in-room air conditioning. The breakfast is excellent, offering a variety of delicious options including fresh fruits. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing great hospitality.

The bathroom doors in the hotel do not close properly, which may be a slight inconvenience for some guests.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel was in a great location and close to everything we wanted to do in the city. The little touches in the hotel room like the gratitude journal were so great. Was very clean and spacious and perfect size for me and my son. Great breakfast! Incredibly clean room and facilities! We experienced some confusion with the room cleaning schedule, leading to missed cleaning on a couple of occasions. There were a few minor maintenance issues, such as an electricity problem and a shaky bench instead of a chair in the room.

Great staff who went above and beyond to help us settle in and have a great stay. Late check-in and late check-out offered, which was very convenient. Beautiful hotel with a plastic-free and eco-friendly approach. Feijoa smoothie at breakfast was a favorite.

Additionally, the hotel's location made it convenient for my morning walk and attending a conference.

The staff were incredible, really going out of their way to assist us during our Christmas stay. We were pleasantly surprised to receive two welcome drinks and a voucher for F&B, allowing us to indulge in a delicious dinner. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city on foot. the toiletry dispensers in the room were a great eco-friendly touch.

We had some minor inconveniences during our stay. We had to request additional towels multiple times throughout our stay, as well as bin liners for the rubbish bin.
