Our spacious two-bedroom corner apartment at Swiss-Belsuites had a lovely outdoor balcony overlooking Victoria Park. The apartment was conveniently located near several restaurants, making it easy for us to enjoy delicious meals during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the management went above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in request. The daily servicing of the apartment was a nice touch, and we appreciated the option to purchase food supplies from the mini bar.

I was really impressed by the homely feel of the apartment at Swiss-Belsuites Victoria Park. The towel rail was pre-heated, and there were extra touches like lavender spray for the pillows and bread and honey on the bench. The apartment was beautifully clean and had a great view. The receptionist was lovely and helpful.

The only drawback was the 3% surcharge for using a credit card. It would have been helpful to have instructions for the microwave and dishwasher.

I recently had an amazing stay in a self-contained serviced apartment in a central location. The apartment was clean, tidy, and hygienic, which was especially important during these uncertain times. The spacious and comfortable room had everything I needed, including a fully-equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with toiletries, and comfortable beds with high-quality linen. The apartment also offered a great view of the park and was just a short walk away from the vibrant WARF precinct, Sky Tower, Victoria Square, and the local markets. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

I did encounter one minor drawback during my stay. The hotel lacked some basic amenities, such as a rubbish bin in the bedrooms and lounge, a door stopper for easier access with luggage, and mirrors in the bathroom.

Had a great Christmas stay with my family. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with a view of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we had to change our reservation last minute. The washer, dryer, and kitchen appliances in the room were a bonus, making our stay more convenient.

Parking was a bit of a hassle, as the hotel had limited spots and last-minute parking was not available. It would have been better if they had more parking spaces for their guests.

There was a minor issue with parking, as there was no lobby carpark for drop off at the main entrance. this was easily resolved by parking on the quieter side street.
