The best bed and breakfast on our New Zealand trip! The host was meticulous in providing information on the accommodation and top tourist spots. Clean and well-presented rooms, with an ensuite room provided. GREAT breakfast and friendly hosts. The room had a microwave and a beautiful mountain view. Free wi-fi, parking, and a good selection of teas.

A delightful stay at Tekapo Heights Villa! The owner was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The cozy room and beautiful lake view from the patio were wonderful. Breakfast was a fun opportunity to chat with other guests. The added bonus of power adapters available for borrowing was a thoughtful touch. We definitely recommend this comfortable and charming property, and only wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely B&B

We recently stayed at a charming B&B for one night during the winter season. Although our room didn't have lake views, we didn't mind because the B&B was only a short walk away from the picturesque lake. The room itself was delightful, especially with the cozy underfloor heating in the bathroom. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious, and the couple running the B&B were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We also enjoyed the company of their adorable cats and small dogs, who made us feel right at home. The B&B was tastefully decorated with local New Zealand items, and the walk to the lake was truly lovely. We highly recommend this B&B for a great stay.

I stayed at Tekapo Heights Villa for one night while exploring the beautiful Southern Island. The Matariki room offered stunning views of the lake and was absolutely breathtaking. Sam, the host, was friendly and gave us great recommendations for things to do and see. The main dining room had jaw-dropping views of the lake, making breakfast a memorable experience. The property was well-maintained, clean, and located in a peaceful area. The hosts were attentive and their positive energy added to the overall fantastic stay. The comfort and facilities at the hotel were outstanding. The staff were extremely helpful and provided us with useful information for our trip. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the beautiful view from the window. The ensuite bathroom had a great shower and the overall ambiance of the place felt like a home away from home.

During our stay, there was a snowstorm which resulted in all the guests' cars getting stuck in the carpark the next morning. This lack of physical presence in times of need made us feel unsupported as guests.
