We had a fantastic stay at Brothers Boutique. The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the city and harbor. The continental breakfast provided was delicious, and the happy hour in the lounge was a great way to meet other guests. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable about the area, giving us great recommendations for restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm, views, and hospitality.

The B&B had a great location with a commanding view of the city and harbor. The breakfast was excellent, and the common rooms were a delightful surprise. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. The atmosphere of the refurbished Brothers' Residence was unique and charming.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right opposite the Catholic cathedral and within walking distance of the city centre. It was close enough to have a few minutes walk down the hill to the Octagon and restaurants, and we were happy to return to the hotel after exploring the city. The room we stayed in had a stunning view of Dunedin, with a balcony overlooking the city and harbour. The hosts provided excellent service, recommending restaurants and local attractions, and the continental breakfast offered a good selection of cereals and bread.

The hotel's internet connection was quite slow, which was a bit frustrating.

The hotel offered a bottle of wine and a pre-dinner drink, which was a lovely touch. the service from the staff was excellent, and they helped us find great local attractions. the hotel had an amazing view, which was perfect for watching the fireworks during New Year's Eve. It was easy to get to the city center and the Otago peninsula from the hotel.

Nothing not to like.

I had a superb stay at TBBh! the location was perfect, and the hotel itself was comfortable and stylish. the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent local tips. My room was spacious and well appointed, with everything I needed. the continental breakfast was plentiful with a great selection of cereals, toast, and fruit. I also loved the beautiful common lounge, which had a gorgeous view of the city. Highly recommended!

The continental breakfast was a great way to start the day.if you like cereal and toast. The free WiFi and parking were a lovely touch. The grandeur of the hotel's original building was a nice backdrop for my stay.

Such a shame that the rooms were so modestly sized. but hey, who needs space when you're on vacation?
