The staff helped me find parking on my first stay. the place suits me perfectly – Wi-Fi, security, Coffee shop, Jacuzzi. Flat-screen TV, Electric kettle, Hiking, Cycling, Fishing. I love it. Coming back for New Year.

The Cove in Taupo was a fantastic find! The room was spacious and had a balcony with a beautiful lake view. The spa pool was a great addition and perfect for relaxation. The staff, especially Hamish, were courteous and polite. The location was ideal for accessing the Lions Walk and the town. Great value and quiet at night. Highly recommended.

The Cove in Taupo provided a delightful stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the ready-to-go hot tub upon our arrival. The bed in our room was supremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The cherry on top was the bottle of wine we received as an apology for our late check-out request being overlooked. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great Christmas vacation at this hotel! Loved the two complementary hot drinks available in the lobby. the location was perfect - right by the lake and close to all the action. the room was also spacious and clean, and we enjoyed having a kitchenette to cook our own meals.

The noise from the street was sometimes annoying, but we got used to it after a while. the view from our room wasn't the best, but we spent most of our time exploring the area anyway.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, being close to everything and by the lake. The staff were great, very helpful, and the room had everything we needed, like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. We especially appreciated how soundproofed the rooms were.
