As a couple, we loved the convenient location of The Devon Hotel. It was close to the city, beach, and walkway, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The staff were incredibly helpful, and we received excellent service from the functions co-ordinator, Corrina Pittwood. The room provided all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer, iron, and even slippers. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary bowl of fruit and chocolates upon our arrival. Although we didn't have breakfast, the coffee and tea provided in our room were sufficient for our needs. The hotel's restaurant, bar, and swimming pool also seemed fantastic, although we didn't get a chance to try them out. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at The Devon Hotel.

The location of the hotel is near to everything, with the beach and waterfront just a short walk away. However, it can be a bit difficult to navigate through the restaurants to find your accommodation.

The bar service was abysmal, with inexperienced staff who didn't understand the drink orders.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and quiet location at Heritage. Despite this, I would recommend this hotel for its great amenities and friendly staff.

We were given complimentary champagne and chocolates upon arrival which was a nice touch. the hotel was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. the hotel had a nice pool.

Our room faced a busy street which made it very noisy and difficult to sleep. the bathroom was very small and cramped.

We had an amazing stay just outside of the town centre, in an area being re-modelled, with a great on-site restaurant. The staff were welcoming and happy, going out of their way to give us excellent service. The room was lovely, with great room amenities such as tea and coffee facilities and a sitting area. The hotel also has a terrace with garden furniture and free toiletries.

We did not experience any of the promised yet undelivered services, but with the excellent service we did receive, we would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location just outside the town centre was perfect for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful. My room had a comfy king size bed which took up most of the space, and the breakfast was included in my nightly rate, with no mushrooms!
