Newly renovated corner room with nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Optional heater and extra bedding for the cold. Generous internet access. Good location near Christchurch. Popular bar and restaurant with delicious food and local beers and wines.

I had an amazing stay at the Famous Grouse. The service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. The warm and inviting ambiance of the restaurant and bar made me feel right at home. The staff was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. I also appreciated that they provided felts and activity sheets for the kids. It was a great night out, and I'm already looking forward to my next meal here. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the modernized decor. Friendly staff and easy check-in. Plenty of off-street parking. Comfortable bed and clean room. Delicious food and local drinks. Convenient location near Christchurch. Enjoyed the live band.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the fact that there was a lot of off-street parking available, which made it very convenient for me to bring my car. The staff was also incredibly welcoming and friendly, which added to the overall experience.

I was disappointed to find out that there was no hairdryer in the room, which made it a bit difficult to manage my hair during my stay. the lighting in the bathroom was not the most optimal for applying makeup, which was a minor inconvenience.
