We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location in a trendy, hipster neighborhood allowed us to easily explore the vibrant surroundings. The service and room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel also offered great additional services such as bicycle hire and airport shuttle, ensuring that our needs were well taken care of. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.

There was no air conditioning, which meant we had to open the windows and deal with a bit more noise from the main house. However, this minor inconvenience did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.

Small, eccentric, and very comfortable hotel with brilliant breakfasts. Located in the residential area of Ponsonby, close to shops and excellent restaurants. Owners are very helpful with advice.

The hotel has a nice ambience and is located in a trendy area outside the main center. One can enjoy a comfortable stay with all the necessary facilities and advantages such as a verandah and clear and helpful advice from the staff regarding public transport.

The hotel was a great choice for my business trip. the location was ideal for me, with free parking and just a short walk to my meetings. the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I particularly liked the complimentary drink at the end of the day - a nice touch after a long day of work. Another bonus was the free Wi-Fi which was easy to connect to.

The hotel could benefit from some small updates. My room was comfortable, but the decor was a bit outdated and could use some freshening up.

A Warm Welcome and Excellent Service

We were delighted with our stay at this unique bed and breakfast in Auckland. Upon our early arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff and offered a refreshing welcome drink. We were impressed by the spaciousness of the living room and the well-ventilated atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing us to relax and recharge before our room was ready. The interior of the hotel had a beautiful and authentic ambiance, creating a cozy and comfortable stay. Despite being a small establishment, the hotel had an eco-friendly philosophy which we appreciated. Additionally, the location was perfect with a public swimming pool within walking distance. We loved being able to enjoy the park and even catch a beautiful sunset over the sea from the pool.

Great value for money, warm and friendly staff, ultra clean rooms, packed full of character, close to Ponsonby.

Felt right at home, no complaints whatsoever.
