Here’s what worked – and what didn’t

The spacious unit felt homely with a beautiful design and breathtaking mountain views. The attentive service truly enhanced our experience. Plus, having a sizable bathroom was a delightful surprise!

Access involved a lockbox without on-site staff for immediate assistance, which felt slightly impersonal. Also, the kitchen could use a microwave to make food prep easier.

However, the walls were thin, which meant we could hear everything from neighboring rooms, including a crying baby that kept us up at night. The bed in our Deluxe Double Room squeaked like a rusty droid, making mid-night movements a bit noisy. Self-catering options were a total miss—no microwave or toaster which would have been handy. The bathroom window wasn't privacy glass, forcing us to keep the blind down and cutting out the natural light. The lighting setup was odd. the main switch's location made it less convenient. Plus, there were some cracked concrete floors that really should’ve been updated. Also, no one was on site to address some broken items that were promised to be fixed before our arrival. Overall, it felt a bit short of expectations.

The Deluxe King Room was super comfy and spacious! The best part was the jaw-dropping view from the room—seriously, it felt like we were in a postcard. There’s a nice terrace where you can relax and soak in the scenery. The decor was simple but really cozy. I could definitely see myself staying longer just to enjoy that vibe!
