The central location was ace, perfect for checking out all the Auckland sights. Our room was small but sweet, with a super comfy bed and plenty of space to stash my lotions. With a bunch of fab restaurants nearby, you gotta stay for a few days to try them all! 💫 Staff were top-notch, but there were a few mix-ups at check-in that left a small bummer, didn't spoil the fun.

We loved the convenient location for exploring the city, and the amazing view from our room! The bar/lounge was one of the nicest we've been to, and Cafe Hanoi in the same building was perfect for a cozy night out. The staff were exceptional, even with the difficulties caused by the cyclone conditions. The shower facilities were fantastic and the eco design features were really interesting. Plus, the ability to 'steal from the room' was a great concept that added a unique touch. a 10/10 visual experience of the city!

The Hotel Britomart is not only chic but also incredibly comfortable. The free wifi and option to cast from our phones to the smart TV were awesome. The quality of everything in the room, from the sheets to the toiletries, was exceptional. The location is perfect, with easy access to the train station and nearby shops and dining options. the hotel provides a contemporary and cozy experience that I would definitely recommend.
