Great location and spacious apartment with modern decor

there were some cleanliness issues and maintenance concerns that need to be addressed by the management for a better experience.

The grilled seafood at Pacific is a local treasure, and the culinary scene nearby is a flavorful adventure. the comfy beds and convenient in-room amenities make for a cozy stay.

Construction blocking the view is a bummer, especially for lower floors. the sluggish wifi can be a bit of a headache.

just back from a road trip with the kids through mount maunganui. the owners were super attentive, making it the best value stay by far.

Spacious rooms with comfortable sofas and beds, full kitchen and stunning views of Mount, beach, and ocean. Double bay secured car park, free and speedy wifi, and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and hot pools. The 8th-floor balcony offers a large space that overlooks the beach. The outdoor spa pool is set at a perfect temperature. The staff is friendly and provides fast and easy access during check-in.

The room was clean, bright, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed. The kitchen was modern and equipped with full-size appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The location was ideal, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beautiful beach. the outdoor pool and spa area were clean and enjoyable, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

The staff was not consistently friendly or helpful. Some guests reported encounters with abrupt or rude staff members upon arrival.

We had a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect for the surf lifesaving event we attended, right under the mountain. The room was fully equipped, with things like ironing facilities and a balcony that we appreciated. Plus, the free wi-fi in the rooms was a huge plus.

We had an excellent stay at these apartments. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and nearby shops. The room was spacious, clean, and bright, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The staff were cheerful and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We enjoyed the convenience of having secure parking and the option to order food from the restaurant. The laundry facilities were also a plus. a great experience.

The furniture in the apartment was a bit old and shabby, and the couches were uncomfortable.

Had the most wonderful Xmas staycation! the staff were absolutely amazing and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the view was breathtaking and watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony made us feel so relaxed and at ease. We loved that the hotel offered complementary tea and coffee and we also enjoyed the free parking. the hotel was located near the beach and some great local restaurants which made exploring super easy.

That we were expecting a room with a bath, but our room only had a shower. the second bedroom was a bit small and didn't have a window which made it feel a bit claustrophobic.

pacific was excellent, just behind the main beachfront, 5 minutes walk from the bars and shops, so great to be away from the noise. the apartment had amazing views of the harbor with floor to ceiling windows and a large balcony. it was well stocked with crockery/glasses and amenities. 🏖️

Our family from the South Island wanted to experience the beauty of the North Island, and Pacific Apartments helped us achieve that. The stunning beach and Mauao views from our 9th-floor room were breathtaking. The staff was proactive in reaching out to us prior to our arrival, and the helpful information made our check-in hassle-free. The location, one street back from the beach, was excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The convenient parking was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend this place and wish our stay was longer!

The value for money at The Pacific was amazing - by far the best hotel we stayed at during our road trip. The room was spacious, had a stunning view, comfy beds, great shower pressure, laundry facilities. The location was perfect for hiking and water activities, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by adding more variety to the menu.
